No Change-of-Mind Policy: We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Exchanges for color, style, or preferences are not permitted unless explicitly offered.

Defects, Damage & Wrong Item:
- If you receive a significantly damaged product, wrong product or missing major parts, notify us within 2-3 days of delivery.
- Photos/videos showing the damage, packaging, part numbers etc. are required. -
Damage Inspection & Action: If a customer receives a product in damaged condition, if required a technician visit will be arranged within 3–5 business days from the date we receive the damage information. After the inspection, appropriate action will be taken based on the reports such as repair, part replacement, full replacement, depending on the severity of the damage.

Minor Defects: Minor cosmetic issues will be handled via repairs or part replacement; refunds are not granted.

Replacement Timeline: If a customer requests a replacement for a damaged or incorrect product, the replacement will be processed and delivered within 15–20 business days from the date the return pickup is completed, and the product is received at our facility it may take unusual time due to product or logistic availability.

Return / Exchange Procedure:
- We don’t allow return. Replacement products must be shipped back using original packaging, accessories, tags.
- Bharat Lifestyle covers return shipping for defects, wrong item or missing parts.
- Product must be in original, unused condition.

Refund Timeline: There is no refund policy by company. In case refunds are required then it will be initiated within 7-10 business days after the returned product has been picked up successfully. The refund will be credited through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Customer Inspection at Delivery: Please inspect immediately on delivery and note any significant damage on delivery documents. Keep all packaging until inspection/return process is complete. We don’t allow open box delivery if you find any issue reaches out to us within 2-3 days.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:
- Products open, used, modified, missing parts/accessories or packaging will not be accepted for return or refund.
- Damage due to misuse, improper installation or accidents not covered. -
Out of Stock or Cancellation by Us: If a product becomes unavailable after order, or we must cancel due to non-serviceable location, we will issue full refund as per our refund policy.

Special Cases / Installations: For items requiring installation, returns will only be valid if installed by our authorized team, Will not adhere any return/replacement post installation of the product.

Order Cancellation Policy

Since we deal in heavy and bulky Furniture item will not allow any cancellation on prepaid order.

If an order is shipped as scheduled and the customer refuses delivery upon arrival, two-way shipping charges and handling fees will be deducted from the prepaid amount before any refund is issued. These deductions are non-negotiable.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders- We don’t provide COD facilities.

The actual color of the product may vary slightly from the images shown on your screen due to lighting conditions, pixel quality, and display settings & different lot of fabric availability.

Please verify the product dimensions to ensure it fits in your desired location. Also, check that the product can pass through entrances, doorways, staircases, and lifts at your premises.

In multi-story buildings without a lift, delivery to the doorstep may not be possible. In such cases, delivery will be made to the ground floor.

A minor unevenness of up to 5 mm may occur in the product due to variations in surfaces and floor levels.

Assembly will be provided only if carpentry-based assembly is required. It may take 5-7 working days to post confirmation.
Warranty - The product warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only. After three months of usage, the following issues may be considered for warranty support - Tearing of fabric or upholstery, tearing of fabric or upholstery, Sagging or localized compression of foam, Damage to particle board components, Installation-related issues.
